The final weekend of the Ski Jumping World Cup traditionally started on Thursday. Official training and qualifications took place at Letalnica. The individual competition was to take place on Friday. This one, however, was torpedoed by the wind and after several attempts to postpone the competition and two hours of waiting for conditions to improve, the competition was postponed to Saturday. Thus, jumpers and fans are waiting for a mini marathon.

Punctually at 08:45 the individual competition, moved from Friday, should start. However, the organizers announced that only one series will take place. At the start we will see four representatives of Poland – Andrzej Stękała, Aleksander Zniszczoła, Kamil Stoch and Piotr Żyła. Paweł Wąsek and Jan Habdas did not pass Thursday’s qualifications.
After the individual competition, the jumpers will not have time to rest. At 10:00 the team competition will start, in which nine teams will take part. Thomas Thurnbichler decided that Poland would perform in the following composition: Aleksander Zniszczol, Paweł Wąsek, Kamil Stoch and Piotr Żyła. The absence of Andrzej Stękała, who did much better than Wąsk in Thursday’s training, seems to be a surprise.
