iGFM (Dakar) The Basketball Africa League (BAL) announced on Wednesday a modification of the calendar of the Nile Conference 2023.
It was in a statement that the BAL informed of an adjustment to the schedule of the two matches on Friday, May 5 as part of the group stage of the Nile Conference which will take place at the Hassan Mostafa Indoor Sports Complex in Cairo, in Egypt, from April 26 to May 6, 2023.
Indeed, the match City Oilers (Uganda) against CFV – Beira (Mozambique), which was initially scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m. CAT / 9:00 a.m. ET, is now scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. CAT / 12:30 p.m. ET, the statement said.
The match Petro de Luanda (Angola) against Al Ahly (Egypt), which was originally scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. CAT / 12:30 p.m. ET, is now scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m. CAT / 9:00 a.m. AND.
Note that the two matches will be broadcast live on Canal +, ESPN (sub-Saharan Africa), NBA TV, Voice of America, American Forces Network and certain free channels across the continent thanks to the BAL’s broadcasting partnership with the Union African Broadcasting Corporation, including OnTime Sports (Egypt), TV Sucesso (Mozambique) and TV Girassol (Angola). Games will also be broadcast live on the NBA app, NBA.com, Visionview.tv and BAL.NBA.com.
