Toledo hosts this Saturday outstanding sports events such as the National Para-Powerlifting Championship or the I Phase of the regional School-Age Judo – News from Toledo

The Councilor for Sports, Pablo García, has supported this Saturday the Spanish Para-Powerlifting Championship that has been held throughout this morning at the sports facilities of the National Hospital for Paraplegics. An appointment promoted by the Berserkers Sports Club that has had the collaboration of the City Council.

The championship has brought together 25 athletes from different clubs in Spain in Toledo, including Loida Zabala, David Gómez and Isabel Fernández, “the best athletes in the country in this sport”, highlighted the municipal official.

In the same way, Pablo García has supported the participants of the I Phase of the Regional School-Age Judo Championship in the juvenile category, which also took place this Saturday in the Rafael del Pino pavilion and which brought together 150 boys and girls from between 10 and 12 years of all Castilla-La Mancha.

It has been organized by the Regional Federation of Judo and Associated Sports for which it has had the support of the Toledo City Council and the Community Board, its general director of Youth, Carlos Yuste, has also been at this sporting event.
