“We were in competition for three days with the best badminton exponents in the country. The experience for Quindío was good in the sporting context, but there is still a little bit left to achieve the results we want. The men’s team was furthest from the podium, a sixth place with Giovanny Stiven Pulgarín and a fifth place with Luis Fernando Castro, athletes who continue to prepare for what is to come”, said Hugo Morales, Quindío badminton coach.

This is the first of four valid ones in which Quindío will participate in preparation for the Games, looking for ranking points to be more comfortable in the keys during the Sports Fairs: “This weekend we return to the competition again in Yumbo, with the II Valid, where we are going to make some strategic changes in the payroll and try to find harmony for the team. After this we would play again after eight days here in Quindío in the III and IV Valids”, Morales added.
