SHINKEN SHOBU-KITO RYU – Second exam session at the Andromeda gym in Lentini

The little warriors took exams on the various techniques of Shinken Shobu-Kito Ryu-Jiujitsu MMA All based on ground fighting education and many techniques concerning real defense, using hands, legs, elbows.

They also performed many projections of Judo and Free Fight. After exams, master Zizzo illustrated the basics of Sicilian Stick and Nunchaku techniques. The parents present were also involved, enthusiastic about this new initiative, trying these various defense systems too. Various sensei were present and both maestro Giacomo Zizzo and maestro Alessandro Di Mari said they were satisfied with this result, an internship in the pipeline next time.
