The Badminton Training Center convenes, for the third year, the 2023 Badminton Tournament, to be held next Saturday, May 6, at the Ciudad Deportiva Estado de México, in Zinacantepec, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In this tournament they will be able to participate in the Doubles and Singles modalities, the Junior category will be divided by subcategories taking into account the age, the participations will start from Sub 11, Sub 13, continue with the Sub 15, Sub 17 and Sub 19, and finally will give way to the Free category, where age does not matter, as long as the regulations are followed.
The reason for the event is to encourage participation and motivate younger athletes to develop in the sport as part of their preparation, as well as encourage them to continue training and participating in other badminton tournaments throughout the year.
For the Tournament, registration is open until May 2; Those interested must register on the “Badminton Ciudad Deportiva” page on Facebook and Instagram, or by calling 722-158-3708.
Girls and boys from the age of six can register at the Badminton Training Center, for recreation, but with the aim of reaching high performance. It offers its services Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
