Perrine Delacour keeps in touch, Pauline Roussin-Bouchard presents this weekend

The second round partly reshuffled the cards at the head of the Los Angeles Open since it is now the South Korean Hyo Joo Kim who has taken control at the Palos Verdes Golf Club. Best tricolor, Perrine Delacour (photo) has flirted with the first places for a time and is still in the top 10.

Like the day before, Perrine Delacour left foot to the floor with 3 birdies in 7 holes! A dream start to the game that she owes mostly to a great performance game (33 greens out of 36 since the start of the week) and which allowed her to get very close to the lead.

The Aisne player was in second place in the standings at the halfway point. Less effective on the return, Delacour had to settle for 9th place on the eve of the weekend.

Roussin-Bouchard provides the essentials

Pauline Roussin-Bouchard corrected the situation on Friday by managing to go below par. The Varoise has crossed the cut and will be able to score her first points on the LPGA in 2023. Always in difficulty with her putting, she will have to find sensations on the greens to hope to get closer to the best.
