NICU Oropesa proposes a multipurpose and adapted sports center in the Palacio d’Or

UCIN Oropesa continues to shell out its electoral proposals for the elections on May 28.

Thus, the political formation proposes a multipurpose and adapted sports center in the Palacio d’Or in Oropesa del Mar, so that any sporting activity can be carried out, such as handball, basketball, volleyball, futsal, martial arts, meditation-yoga, tennis table, badminton, rhythmic gymnastics and artistic gymnastics, climbing wall and adapted sports in its different modalities.

Thus, “a place practically in disuse would become a magnificent sports center,” they say, given that they plan to condition the Palacio d’Or as “an open space, easy to condition and at a very low cost, with a rapid and comprehensive transformation, economical and effective where more than 500 spectators can be enabled ”.

With this sports center, the formation led by Antonio Pascual aims to “attract sports tourism that also generates wealth for hotels, apartments, shops and stores, while the municipality would have this facility for its use and enjoyment”.

They also provide for the figure of “Dynamicizers” to search among athletes for “assets that can encourage offers of interest for practice and stay, so that everything you may want can be found in optimal conditions.”

Thus, Pascual assures that “we are going to go for it, when we have all the appropriate facilities for the Spanish clubs to come, from abroad, individual athletes and they can train, compete and develop their sporting activity and here they acclimatize before competing, we will convert to Oropesa in the city of Sports”.
