25-year-old American tackle Jeffery Simmons reportedly agreed to a four-year contract extension with the Tennessee Titans on Friday.
Simmons had a strong season in 2022 with 7.5 sacks and 25 tackles. Used as a defensive end in 2021, he had personal highs with 8.5 sacks and 42 tackles.
In four seasons in the NFL, Simmons has been picked to the Pro-Bowl twice.
The Titans made Jeffery Simmons their first pick in 2019, 19th overall. The 6-foot-4, 305-pound man is a Mississippi State alumnus.
