“I have a lot of respect for Aaron and for the person he is. He has done so much for this club,” said general manager Brian Gutekunst. “He will always be a Packer, one of the best to ever play for this team. We will miss him. You don’t see players like him often.”he added.
Rodgers played 18 seasons for Green Bay, peaking in 2011 when he won the league title and was Super Bowl MVP in a 31-25 win over Pittsburgh.
