MLB: Mike Trout makes forget the good start of the Jays

Mike Trout wiped out a good start for the Toronto Blue Jays and the Los Angeles Angels posted a 9-5 victory on Saturday.

The Torontonians took control of the game in the third inning with a three-run homer from Bo Bichette. Matt Chapman chained two batters later as well to add to the count with the long ball.

The Angels came within a run with Jose Berrios at the mound, but George Springer gave his team back a two-run cushion with his first long pitch of the season.

However, the situation got complicated for the Jays in the turn at bat of the Angels. Luis Rengifo homered and Trout also sent the ball over the fence for three runs to give Los Angeles the lead.

Hunter Renfroe added two runs for the Angels as well with the long ball in the eighth inning.

Berrios got off to a rocky start again with six runs allowed, four of which were earned, in just four innings of work.
