Man is a victim of fraud when trying to buy tickets for the World Baseball Classic – Metro Puerto Rico

Agents from the Police Bureau investigated a fraud complaint in the Vistas de Buena Vista urbanization in Bayamón, where a man claimed to have been scammed while trying to buy tickets for the World Baseball Classic.

According to the complainant, he made a money transfer in the amount of $924 through the application cell and his bank to a man, whom he identifies by name and surname, for the purchase of 12 ticket offices for a sporting event.

After the transfer, the injured party was left waiting for the tickets but they were never delivered.

Agent William Vega, attached to the police precinct, investigated the complaint and notified the CIC of the Bayamón area to investigate this case.
