The Spartans Capital District team achieved a new victory this Thursday, April 13, against the Marinos de Anzoátegui team with a result of 90 by 76, this victory meant the 800th victory of the technical director Néstor “Mama Osa” Salazar in his career.

It should be noted that said coach is the most winning in the history of Venezuelan basketball, and today he added a new victory that allowed him to increase his greatness as a technical director.
Mama Osa was on the verge of achieving this mark on Wednesday, April 13, however; they could not dominate the game against Diablos de Miranda and Salazar fell short of that aspiration, but this Thursday he was able to lead his team on the road to victory to win his 800th achievement in history and being the only coach to achieve it.
In said match, Spartans were solid in attack and managed to remain firm in defense, thus managing to take advantage on the scoreboard and leave their eastern counterparts without options, who were not very effective in the last set.
