Project by Sp. Braga will have its own space at the next Thinking Football, in September, in Porto
Liga Portugal joined the SCB Innovation Hub, rewarding startups that are selected for the first edition of the acceleration program for ‘sports tech’ promoted by Sp. Braga. Thus, the SCB Innovation Hub and the companies that will be chosen for 2023/24 will have an exclusive exhibition and presentation space at the next edition of Thinking Football, the international football summit organized by the League and which will once again be held at the Super Bock Arena , in Porto, between the 7th and 9th of September. António Salvador sees this association with Liga Portugal and Thinking Football as very motivating.
“This is an important recognition of the value that this acceleration program will have, not only for Sp. Braga, but for the entire industry. This invitation and this opportunity that Liga Portugal gives to startups that are elected for the program is the demonstration of a clear vision of what the future is and the importance of walking together”, stressed the leader of Sp. Braga.
Pedro Proença congratulated Sp. Braga and respective partners for the project and highlighted the association of Liga Portugal.
“The future of football lies in the innovation capacity of the industry. This is a project for the present and the future and it is with great pleasure that Liga Portugal associates with the Sp. Braga Innovation Hub, through the Thinking Football Summit, with the event to be serve as an exhibition platform”, noted the president of Liga Portugal.
The SCB Innovation Hub starts in June, and the application phase is open until the next 30th.
