Kostas Mitroglou is at war with his former club

Passed by Olympique de Marseille, Kostas Mitroglou did not really mark the Marseille club. After a generally disappointing return to the country, where he played for Aris Salonika, the striker decided to play for fun. He has been playing for a few months in the amateur club of Rheurdt-Schaephuysen in Germany. But the Greek has been talking about him again in recent days.

Sport24 reveals that Mitroglou wants to settle accounts with Aris, which still owes him money after the EPO arbitration tribunal ruled in his favor on April 11. Indeed, the Greek team has not yet paid all of the 350,000 euros it owes the player. Aris tried to return him 100,000 euros, paid in installments. Dissatisfied, he refused and decided to claim his due, with a one-time payment. If this is not done, this will lead to sanctions against Aris, who could therefore lose 3 points.
