From May 20th (Sat) to June 11th (Sun), 2023, the “13th Kanto University Women’s Basketball Rookie Tournament” will be held at Wing Hat Kasukabe, each university gymnasium, etc.

In this tournament, each university consisting of 1st and 2nd year students will compete for the top of the Kanto region in a tournament format.

Ranking matches for 1st to 8th place will be held in a tournament format.

16 seed schools will be selected based on the results of the previous tournament

▼ Participating teams

Teams belonging to the Kanto University Women’s Basketball Federation who have completed registration with the Japan Basketball Association and paid the tournament entry fee. Detailed regulations are in accordance with Chapter 8 “Registration” and Chapter 9 “Competitions and Competition Qualifications” of the Federation Regulations.

Regarding player entries, the number of student registrations must be two times or less, and the school year must be up to the second year.
