Looking ahead to the next summer transfer window, Tottenham center forward Harry Kane (29 years old, 29 games and 22 goals in the Premier League this season) is regularly presented as Manchester United’s top priority. But for his part, the former midfielder of the Red Devils Paul Scholes expressed doubts on the track leading to the English international.

“I think Harry is very happy where he is. Certainly he would be fantastic, 25 goals guaranteed, but it’s very difficult for him to leave at 30. It’s a risk for Manchester United too, if you put all your eggs in one basket with Kane and all of a sudden Daniel Levy (the president of Tottenham, editor’s note) drives you crazy, you risk finding yourself without anyone,” warned the BT Sport consultant.
