Junior athlete Tomas Vaitekunas shot the most clay plates in the round stand both in the main competition and in the final of the competition. Dainis Upelnieks showed the same result (73 plates out of 75) as Tomas in the main competition, however, in the final series Dainis lost to Tomas and won 2nd place. Ryan Lukas Kukutis, a junior athlete, also took third place in the overall ranking.
In the junior competition, the previously mentioned Vaitekunas and Kukutis took first and second place, while Roberts Ėeniņš took third place. In the women’s competition, the winner is Zana Zvaigzne with 63 plates shot (out of 75 possible). The second place was taken by Santa Upelniece, and the third place was Anželika Zorova. In the evaluation of the teams in this stage of the cup competition, the 1st place went to the team “Iecavas zirnieki”, the 2nd place went to the team “Skukišiši”, and the representatives of the Kuldīga team took the third place.
Raitis Onužāns won the trench stand in the overall standings. Talis Jurgenovskis won the second place, while Atis Vēveris took the third place. In the junior competition, Kārlis Jurgenovskis was the best, leaving Mārtiņas Freimani behind him in second place, while Leons Kļaviņš was in third place. In the team evaluation, the winners are the shooting team of the Saldus stand, leaving behind the home team from Kuldīga.
The 2nd stage of the Latvian Cup stand shooting will take place on May 13 at the Kuldiga shooting range.
