Job offer: Commercial development manager for partnerships – AS Monaco

MISSIONS :

Under the authority of the Director of Sponsorship:

Jointly define the commercial strategy of the AS. Monaco and ensure the marketing of all the club’s products.

• Achieve the season’s revenue objectives defined by Management;
• Identify target sectors and potential advertisers by analyzing the market in France and abroad;
• Ensure commercial prospecting: create sales pitches and sales support tools, prepare, organize and analyze appointments with prospects;
• Identify the various media / media agencies, contract with business contributors and ensure their management;
• Master the legal framework of partnership contracts, manage commercial negotiations and execute them in accordance with commercial objectives.

Contribute to the creation of offers with the marketing department

• Develop bespoke partnership/sponsorship proposals to meet the needs of targeted businesses.
• Contribute to the realization of benchmarks of the offers of other rights holders;

Management of the Partnership Sales team

• Set Key Performance Indicators and objectives for the Partnership Sales team;
• Manage, lead and motivate the Partnership Sales team;

Support the Director of Sponsorship and the Partnerships team in the loyalty of partners

• And any other attribution that may fall under his function.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bac +5 in management, commerce or marketing specializing in sports;
• 8 years minimum ideally in professional sport in national and international sports sales.
• Have in-depth expertise in sales and an understanding / application of best practices in sales but also in merchandising and e-commerce;
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with suppliers, partners and customers.
• Strategic thinking with a long term perspective – ability to turn ideas into business opportunities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES

• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in sponsorship sales;
• Proven track record in sports sponsorship or other related sports marketing fields;
• Extensive experience in a commercial/B2B sales environment;
• Experience in managing sales teams
