“I’m going to win the Masters!”

Jon Rahm dreamed of the Augusta Masters and already in 2013 he wrote a message about it on social networks, in which predicted that one day he would dress in the mythical green jacket. “I’m going to win the Masters!” the golfer hung up, accompanied by a message on paper from a restaurant chain that read ‘Your talent will be recognized and appropriately rewarded.’

Among all the responses to that message, one stood out, that of Tim Mickelson, Phil Mickelson’s brother and then his coach at Arizona State -with whom he had only been a few months-, who replied: “I don’t doubt you for a minute. The power of the mind can be a beautiful thing, my friend.”

Ten years after that omen, Rahm has put on the brand new green jacket as the winner of the Augusta Masters.
