Gymnast Sliž finished seventh on pommel horse at the EC

In the first final at the top event, the twenty-three-year-old Sliž practiced the set without significant mistakes, but due to the lower difficulty, he was one of two gymnasts who did not get over the fourteen-point mark. At the same time, in the qualification, the two-time champion of the republic on pommel horse received a mark of 14.366.

Until now, the last Czech representative in the men’s individual equipment finals at the EC was Ondřej Kalný, fifth in the vault three years ago. In Antalya, Kalný was ninth in the same discipline and is the first substitute for Sunday’s final.
