Players from male and female branches, Sub 11 and Sub 13 categories participated.
The selection Tamaulipas from the discipline of badminton participated in the first tournament school and ranking 2023, which was included in the modalities of singles, mixed doubles and doubles, within the female and male branches of the Sub-11 and Sub-13 categories, with a view to the 2023 Junior Pan American and Caribbean Games.
It is tournament was summoned by the Mexican Federation of Badminton AC, took place in the city of San Luis Potosí from March 29 to April 3, where the Tamaulipas athletes had a productive performance when facing participating teams from the different entities of the country.
Ana Sofía Ruiz Gallardo, obtained medals in the singles and double modalities of the Sub11 category, while her partner Evelyn Alejandra García Acevedo did not leave with her hands blank when she also won a medal in the Sub13 division.
The other Tamaulipas who were on the podium were Dania Mariel Montelongo, Sarahí Guadalupe Riojas Rodríguez and Leonardo Ezequiel López Espinoza and Martín Jaramillo Hernández.
