When The Miz said no one responded to his open challenge on social media, McAfee took the stage and said he didn’t see the tweet, but was ready to fight.

Once the match was made official, McAfee started yelling at The Miz, who made a mistake involving Kittle.

The 49ers tight end, an avid WWE consumer, was standing ringside when The Miz shoved him into his seat.

Kittle jumped the barrier and surprised The Miz with a clothesline from behind, opening up the opportunity for McAfee to finish off his opponent with a top rope dive.

McAfee and Kittle dragged The Miz back to the ring, where the former player kicked his head like it was a football.

He then pinned The Miz to claim his third WWE win. Kittle entered the ring and climbed on the middle rope to celebrate the win.

Kittle has made clear his intentions to one day wrestle in WWE.

However, while he’s under contract, it’s unlikely he’ll see any official in-ring action. Saturday night was just a taste of what could come once he decides to retire from the NFL.
