Frespech. Beautiful Easter days at the Foie Gras Museum

Beautiful sunny days attracted a large audience to the Gourmet Easter Days offered at the Foie Gras Museum on the Souleilles farm. Farmers’ market, cooking demonstrations – carving duck and cooking pan-fried foie gras with fruit and flambé with Yves, scrambled eggs with truffles with Joël, making apple pie with Gisèle –, free visit to the museum, archery bow, Landes skittles games, and for children, the quest for eggs, the make-up stand, pony rides and tractor rides. New products to discover: the ride on an all-terrain electric scooter, and new producers: sourdough bread from the Ferme du Béqui, dried fruits from the Ferme des 3 soleils. Gastronomic days where producers offered free tastings. Something to satisfy all tastes and, over the stands, go shopping or compose your meal to enjoy around the tables set up under the flowering plum trees after sharing a glass of friendship with the aperitif offered by the accompanied producers, according to your wishes, a plate of tapas from Souleilles.
