Five golds for the UVa in Cantabria

The badminton team of the University of Valladolid signed full victories in the Absolute Tournament of Cantabria, in Soto de la Marina.

Clara Campos and Javier González were the most outstanding, getting on the top of the podium twice. The university player would defeat her teammate Cristina Rivera in the singles final, while in the mixed doubles, together with Rodrigo Velázquez, they did not have too many problems to win.

For his part, Javier González would take first place in the singles by defeating Jesús Salso from Madrid, whom he also defeated in the men’s doubles final with Enrique Fernández.

Five golds for the UVa in Cantabria

The fifth gold that rounded off the full number of victories in all modalities was in charge of the women’s doubles of Cristina Rivera and Marta Fernández.
