DRC organizes Central Zone Qualifiers of the Ghana 2023 Para African Games

The Congolese Federation of Wheelchair Basketball held a press conference on Thursday April 27, 2023 at the Belgian school in Kinshasa.

This, to launch the Central Zone Qualifiers of the Ghana 2023 Para African Games, which will run from April 28 to 30 in both versions.

The coach manager of central IWBF, the Gabonese Chrezos Moussa representing the president of the central zone, the president of the organizing committee Godhel Lulla, the vice-president of the Federation Ferraz Dacosta, DTN Mango as well as the coach of Leopards ladies Guy Adolphine Kasenga were in front of the press to give information on the organization of these playoffs and to take stock of the teams concerned by the playoffs.

This press conference took place in the presence of the general secretary of the IWBF (International Wheelchair Basketball Federation) Gerry Smith.

It should be noted that it is under the high patronage of the Head of State Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo that the Congolese federation of wheelchair basketball organizes these qualifiers for the Ghana 2023 Para-African Games in Kinshasa for people with reduced mobility.

The competition opens this Friday, April 28 after the opening ceremony at 2:30 p.m., before attending the first match between the DRC and the CAR for men.
