The FIM President commented on the Marc Marquez penalty issue which is currently still at the MotoGP Court of Appeal.

FIM Stewards Panel received a double Long Lap Penalty for the #93 rider, however there was a change in editorial after the initial notification.

FIM President, Jorge Viegas said the decision of the MotoGP Court of Appeal would come out soon to resolve this issue.
