Elías Plaza, from Salamanca, from Zarapicos, maintained an intense competition with José Javier Sainz until the last hole, only separated by one point in the final classification, 36 by 35, followed by Javier Huerta, from Dehesa de Morón, already with 32.
It so happened that the Soria Golf Club player was the best in the inaugural test held at La Faisanera at the end of March, for which he was on the verge of achieving his second consecutive victory.
This feat is precisely what Mercedes Arroyo, from Palencia, from Isla Dos Aguas, has carried out in the women’s category, who finished in first position once again, displaying great superiority, 31 points for her part, 19 and 14 for Blanca López and Amparo Sánchez, who followed her in the final classification.
