ANKARA (AA) – Galatasaray Çağdaş Factoring Women’s Basketball Team lost to the French team LDLC ASVEL, 95-56, in the first match of the FIBA European Cup final.
Galatasaray, who took the cup to its museum in 2009 and 2018, met with LDLC ASVEL, which made it to the finals for the first time in the tournament, at the Astroballe Sports Hall in Lyon.
The home team finished the first quarter, where Johannes and Williams were effective, with a 27-19 advantage.
