Antetokounmpo speeds up the hours to be in the second game

After a dominant regular season in which they were crowned first in the Eastern Conference, the Bucks are now living in uncertain times and not a few doses of nervousness.

Losing the first game of the series against the Miami Heat was a possibility, but beyond that blow, the fall of Giannis Antetokounmpo hurt more, who could not contribute much in Game 1 when he hurt his back after taking a major blow against soil. Such images hurt the spectators and those of Wisconsin, who since then do not know if their star will be able to be in the second game against Florida.

The reality is that Miami has officially classified the Greek as doubtful. He couldn’t train yesterday, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t play. Mike Budenholzer himself, his coach, makes it clear that he is working and progressing with the intention of reaching such a crucial game.

«We have more than 24 hours before the game. You will receive treatment and we will see how you feel. There has been a lot of progress and I hope there will be more in the coming days », she comments optimistically.

Beyond what is said, what will really determine if he is finally on the floor will be his feelings. The Greek Freak will test before Game 2 and that’s when a final decision is made.

“It will be the everyday things that tell you what you can do. Out on the court… move around a bit, shoot a bit, do some defensive action and get ready for a game of basketball. We’ll see how he is the next day,” Budenholzer says.
