Anderlecht will get an extra right back

RSC Anderlecht will get a right back for next season. The people of Brussels are renting out a lot of players this season and one of them is returning to the Lotto Park. The rental club announced this on its official channels. Will he get a chance with the Belgian record champion?

“The rental agreements Mark Diemers, Mohamed Bouchouari and Jeremy Antonisse canceled,” FC Emmen reported today. The Dutch first division team rented Bouchouari from Anderlecht since last summer and the attacking right back has not left a bad impression in the Netherlands to date. Emmen had no purchase option, so he returns to Anderlecht.

FUTURE

The 22-year-old Bouchouari has played 22 matches for FC Emmen to date, scoring 1 goal and 1 assist. Due to his good performance in the Eredivisie, his market value rose from 150,000 euros to 500,000 euros. It remains to be seen whether Brian Riemer will give him another chance in the summer. Anderlecht has no surplus on the right back.

Bouchouari is still under contract with the people of Brussels until mid-2024, so they will have to make a decision about his future. Either they give him a chance and break his contract, or they sell him. Bouchouari himself would like to play at the highest level, so a season at RSCA Futures no longer seems to be an option.
