Álex Baena issues a statement and accuses Fede Valverde of lying

Alex Baena has issued an official statement on the aggression suffered by Fede Valverde after Real Madrid-Villarreal (2-3), half an hour after the final whistle, in the parking lot of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.

The footballer of yellow Submarine confirms Valverde’s aggression and denies what the Uruguayan’s entourage explained to some media, assuring that he uttered a terrible phrase that pointed directly to the son he has on the way. “Cry now that your son is not going to be born“, is the phrase that, according to the Madridista’s environment, Baena would have said to the Uruguayan.

“No evidence has been published to prove the facts charged against me. A misfortune was used to justify the aggression and there are lies that hurt more than blows”, Baena points out.

Likewise, the Villarreal player denounces death threats to his family after this Valverde case. “The damage that is being done to my family is irreparable and unjustifiable: threats, insults and even private messages wishing my family death. Yesterday I reported the case to the Police. Let’s leave let justice do its job“, says Baena in his statement.
