She found herself in the mesh of the police following the complaint of an economic operator who made her an order worth 40 million since 2018 and who never obtained her goods.
The businessman ordered from the respondent hardware goods to be imported from the Chine. Several months after placing his order, the man never received delivery of his goods. The lady in question had also been missing for a long time. This is how the victim appealed to the police. Thanks to the freight forwarders, she was finally found and arrested by the police, according to information from Bip Radio.
After she was taken into custody, she repaid 25 million FCFA of the amount she owes the businessman. She was released following the payment of this advance on the debt. However, she did not pursue payment until term after her release.
Exasperated, the economic operator once again took legal action. He demands the payment of the rest of his money with about 3 million CFA francs for damages. In addition, his lawyer asked the court to condemn the lady in question for breach of trust. The defense lawyer explained to the court that the respondent had not been able to deliver the businessman’s order given certain hassles. After the debates, the file was put under advisement.
