Mario Balotelli is about to jump again at FC Sion.
The former Italy striker did not perform as well as he wanted in the penultimate round of the Swiss Super League, and the fans are said to have turned their backs on him, even burning a shirt with his name on it in the stadium.
In 16 competitive games this season, Balotelli has scored five goals for Sion, although he has not scored since November.
This is one of the reasons why potential buyers should position themselves. According to the Turkish newspaper “Milliyet”, Galatasaray Istanbul are interested in signing the 32-year-old attacker.
At “Gala” Balotelli would meet ÖFB legionnaire Yusuf Demir, among others. The Italian already played a year in Turkey at Adana Demirspor from 2021 to 2022.
