Wild set club record in NHL

Minnesota Wild set a new club record in the National Hockey League (NHL) on Wednesday. Coach Dean Evason’s team won 8-5 at the St. Louis Blues, picking up at least a point in 14 straight games. With eleven wins and three losses after overtime or penalty shootouts, the current Wild team surpassed the previous record from December 2016.

Without top star Kirill Kaprisow and veteran Marcus Foligno, Minnesota turned the game around after being 3-1 down with five goals in the middle third. Minnesota is just one point behind the leading Dallas Stars in second place in the Central Division.
