When putting on the Suns jersey for the first time at the beginning of March, he must have been delighted with this ideal timing to best prepare for the playoffs. Unfortunately, Kevin Durant will not be able to create as many automations as he would have liked with his new teammates by then. He makes them better because it’s KD, but he still asked to join them when they were already on top. This is WHERE I’m coming from, and it’s undeniable lol
Accused of simply joining superteams rather than creating them, unlike a supposedly LeBron James, Kevin Durant does not share this opinion at all. He will nevertheless have to be more persuasive to turn public opinion towards him!
