Announced as a likely starter to compete for the Players Championship next week, Tiger Woods finally preferred to postpone his return to the PGA Tour, probably at the Masters in April.
Tiger Woods had until 11:00 p.m. French time on Friday to formalize his new appearance on the circuit of PGA Tour by aligning with Players Championship. After his 45th place at the Genesis Invitational in mid-February, the Tiger finally wisely decided to postpone his return by skipping the tournament considered the 5th Major of the season.

Authorized to start at Ponte Vedra Beach thanks to his victory at the Masters in 2019, in a tournament he won in 2001 and 2013, the star of the fairways finally remains at eighteen participations on the route of the TPC Sawgrass.
It is therefore at Masters d’Augustathe first Major of the season scheduled from April 6 to 9, that the 47-year-old Californian will drive back the fairways in competition.
