With the aim of forming the Pampas preselection that will participate in the 2023 Patagonian Integration Games (JIP 2023), the Undersecretary of Sports, Recreation and Tourism of La Pampa organized a meeting -during the weekend- in Santa Rosa.
The meeting, which also served as a training space for the participants, brought together 110 taekwondo players from different schools, who trained under the orders of Chong Simouang, coach of the Pampean team that will travel to the Patagonian Integration Games (JIP) in Puerto Madryn .
The shortlisted young women were Martina Lambert, Yasmín Torino, Uma Zeeze, Zoe Funes, Nayla Acosta and Gisela Berot in ladies, and Ale Quiroga, Giovani Villegas, Axel Ustaros, Valentino Lara, Martín Favole, Alejo Lamarca, Jonatan Junco, Ignacio Flucsa, and Tomás Kloster in men.
TRAINING PROCESS
In the continuity of the work, now the group will face the training process to define the six members of the team – three men and three women – who will represent La Pampa in the competition that will take place in Puerto Madryn.
Students from schools in General Acha, Santa Rosa, General Pico, Colonia Barón, 25 de Mayo and Trenque Lauquen participated in the campus, which took place on Saturday and Sunday. Maestro Ricardo Pomares, coach of the Boca Juniors team, was also invited as a guest.
