The Treasury investigates the purchases at Ikea of ​​the companies of the Negreira plot

For its part, TRESEP 2014 SL belonged to the former manager of FC Barcelona, Joseph Contreras, considered one of the key pieces of the case who died last December. The Contreras company was used to collect, together with Negreira, the money paid by the Barça club and according to the registry, its activity consisted of “construction, installations and maintenance, wholesale and retail trade, commercial distribution, import and export, real estate activities, provision of services, management and administration activities”.

In its request, the Treasury requested Ikea to send it the “list of invoices issued in the years 2016 to 2019, copy of the contracts through which said operations were implemented and of the invoices issued as a consequence of the same, as well as documentary accreditation of the means used for its collection; Detailed description of the operations carried out, with a specific indication, in the case of provision of services, of the place where the provision was made, as well as the person or persons who intervened in the operations on your behalf. .

Also “copy of the budgets agreed upon prior to the start of the benefits, indicating any modification that they, if any, have suffered; copy of any type of communication or additional documentation (mails, delivery notes, work reports, photographs, among others) related to the required benefits; place of provision of the service; physical reference contact person in economic relations; in case there is evidence that the services provided were subcontracted, identification of the final recipient”.

The furniture and decoration store answered the requirements of the Treasury regarding both companies, providing all the documents in its possession. Regarding Josep Contreras’ TRESEP 2014 SL, the store indicated “that the operations to which the invoices refer are the purchase of furniture and decorative items for the home (shelves, sideboards, kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture)“.

Regarding Negreira’s son’s company, Ikea stated that “this party wishes to inform that in the required years, commercial operations have been carried out with SOCCERCAM SLU consisting of the sale of decorative items for the home, books and live plants in our stores located in Valencia and Hospitalet”.

The invoices sent to the Treasury include up to 16 different purchases from TRESEP 2014 SL, the most expensive in 4.172,50 euros. There are also invoices for the value of 2,877.96 euros, 1,443.96 euros or 1,879.44 euros. The most expensive purchase in the name of SOCCERCAM SLU was 918.97 euros. The total value of the acquisitions investigated by the Treasury of both companies reached 20.000 euros.

Invoices include household appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators, induction hobs, shelves, cabinets, grids, shelves, extractors, handles or removable trays.
