The Councilor for Sport, Sofía Miranda, has participated this morning in the presentation of the Madrid Spain Masters of badminton, a tournament that will bring together the best players in the world of this sport and that will be held from March 28 to April 2 at the Gallur Municipal Sports Center.
Miranda highlighted the support provided by the Madrid City Council, sponsor of this tournament, “to attract these great events to our city and create a youth pool, so that children can see their role models and that in the future we can have a healthier society thanks to sports practice.
During the presentation of the tournament, Miranda had the opportunity to practice with Kike Peñalver, the best Spaniard in the world ranking who, together with Carolina Marín and Clara Azurmendi, will represent our country in the competition. /
