The Blues still empty-handed after the Tbilisi Grand Slam

New day without for French judo in Tbilisi (Georgia). Sunday, Alexandre Iddir (-100 kg), beaten in the final table by the Canadian Shady Elnahas (ippon), stopped in repechage, beaten by the Brazilian Leonardo Goncalves (waza-ari). In the same category, Nicolas Pavlovski had lost as soon as he entered the competition against the Czech Martin Bezdek (two waza-ari).

Léa Fontaine (+78 kg) had a similar career to that of Iddir, with a defeat in the draw final against the Chinese Su Xin (waza-ari) then in repechage against the Dutch Marit Kamps (two waza-ari ).
