This April 29 arrives in Menorca the 1st obstacle course held on the Island: The Meadower OCRorganized by Elitechip, together with the sponsorship of the Fundació Foment del Turisme de Menorca, a campaign financed by the European Union NextGenerationEU – Recovery Plan – Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism – Government of Spain and the collaboration of the Tourism Strategy Agency of the Balearic Islands.
Menorca is one of the most popular destinations in Spain. This little island; in the Mediterranean, it is famous for its natural beauty, crystal-clear beaches, brilliant sunshine, and an abundance of outdoor activities. It also stands out for being a gastronomic and cultural destination.
The impressive Fortress of Isabel II It is the place chosen by the organization to celebrate the 1st edition of the Meadower OCR. The event is designed to challenge both the most competitive entrants and beginners looking to have a good time. Whatever your level of experience or fitness, you can be sure that you will be welcomed and supported by our entire team.
The Meadower OCR Menorca will offer 2 distances where you can overcome personal limits while enjoying spectacular views in a unique environment: distance “Fast”, with 5km and 17 obstacles and the “Hard”, with 10km and 27 obstacles. In addition, it will have a “KIDS” version for the youngest members of the family with three distances adapted for ages between 5 and 15 years.
Of course, after a hard and exciting race, the athletes will be able to enjoy a final party with live music and several food stalls to recharge their batteries and continue enjoying the “The Meadower OCR” experience. A perfect excuse to enjoy the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that characterizes the island.
