This double match day went very well for Uni Baskets Paderborn.
The team clinched two wins over the weekend and moved up to eighth place in the table of the second basketball league. At this rank, the Uni Baskets would be in the play-offs for promotion at the end of the season.
On Friday, Paderborn won at home in front of 1,500 spectators with 88:71 against Dusseldorf, followed by a 89:83 win in Jena yesterday afternoon.
In both games, several Baskets players were able to score double digits. The most successful Paderborn thrower was newcomer George Brock with 16 and 15 points.
