Rosario Central, which has just been beaten in Junín by Sarmiento (4-1), seeks to recover at home against Unión de Santa Fe, in one of the matches that will give continuity to the seventh date of the Professional Soccer League.

The match will be played this Sunday starting at 9:30 p.m. at the Gigante de Arroyito stadium, in Central, refereed by Luis Lobo Medina and televised by ESPN Premium.

Central has 10 points and his campaign is not bad, beyond the fact that in Junín he was thrashed in a game that he won 1-0 and in which he was left with 10 players 11 minutes into the second half due to the expulsion of Kevin Ortíz.

The entry of Agustín Toledo for the suspended Ortíz will be the only change that DT Miguel Angel Russo will make to receive the Santa Fe team.

Central won the three games they played at home (against Argentinos, Arsenal and Godoy Cruz) and is a favorite against Uniónwho just added their first win last date in Santa Fe against Estudiantes de La Plata (2-0), thus ending a series of nine games without adding the three points, three from the previous tournament.

Uruguayan coach Gustavo Munúa will include defender Franco Calderón, who has served a suspension date, and Franco Gerometta will leave, while Paraguayan striker Junior Marabel could enter instead of Uruguayan Thiago Vecino, who did not score a goal in the previous six games.

Central’s members exhausted the 22,000 fans that the club reserves for them digitally, in less than 12 hours, as happens in every home game, which is why the team will have the support of more than 40,000 fans in the Giant of Arroyito.

The record between the two is 57 games and favors Unión with 22 wins against 15 for Centraland they also tied 20 times.
