The newspaper ‘The Sun’ has exclusively published the explicit video Captured by security cameras in which Walker is seen dropping his pants to expose himself to the rest of the local customers.

He ‘Daily Mail’ reports that the Police investigation against the footballer could be opened for exhibiting himself in public pants down at the bar in an apparent intoxicated state, for which he could be charged with “indecent exposure,” which can land offenders a maximum sentence of two years in prison.

Britain’s 2003 Sexual Offenses Act says that indecent exposure is when a person intentionally exposes their genitals, and intends for them to be seen, which could cause alarm or distress.

Teresa Parkerof the association ‘Women’s Aid’ explains in the newspaper ‘The Sun’ that “whether to shock, to laugh or to intimidate, for those affected by indecent exposure there can be long-term effects, discomfort and trauma. It can give the person who is exposed a feeling of power in the situation. And if there are no repercussions, it might give them the confidence to see what they can do next time.”
