Patrick Beverley says he feels disrespected by LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers

Patrick Beverley played almost a year with the Los Angeles Lakers, but apparently he does not have the best memories of that organization or of LeBron James, who was his teammate and captain of that team.

The point guard spoke on his podcast called “Pat Bev Pod” and there he hinted that he felt that, while playing for the NBA franchise, he was not respected because they never listened to the suggestions he made, in order to make everything better. In this way he said: “Yeah, we should do this on defense… ‘nah, great, great… nah, we have to rotate’… Bron, what do you mean we have to rotate? You’re not even playing… They don’t listen to me », as a way of remembering the dialogues he had at that time.

But this is not the first time that the American has been encouraged to give his opinion about his old team, since at the beginning of 2023 he revealed that there were internal problems that were not related to sports: “It wasn’t basketball… It was another shit… », he assured. He also said, “There are other things you can’t really like.”

On the other hand, the basketball player finally expressed: “The vibrations were sometimes on, sometimes off, and inconsistent vibrations lead to inconsistent play.”

Beverley came to the Lakers on August 24, 2022, traded for Talen Horton-Tucker and Stanley Johnson. There he had 6.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 45 games.

On February 9, 2023, the team decided to stop counting on him and went to the Orlando Magic, although days later he signed with the Chicago Bulls.
