For this new edition, the Miss Cup awaits more than 200 competitors from all over France, eager to come and compete against the best national archers. These women also come to support an important cause because the benefits of the competition are donated to the association for the fight against breast cancer. The pink ribbon is a common thread in this competition which has been able to withstand two years of interruption due to the pandemic and which is still as eagerly awaited as ever. Combining the encouragement of women’s sports practice with a major public health cause is one of the strong points of this event.
Supported by the French Archery Federation but also by the town of Issy-les-Moulineaux and many private partners, the event is richly endowed: archery equipment, support services by former great champions, but also osteopathy sessions are up for grabs throughout the two days.
The Issy-les-Moulineaux archery club is one of the largest in France and promotes women’s sport. It has several champions in its workforce. Mélodie Richard and Laurena Villard, Madison Scheppers are among the best national archers and energize all our licensees. They will be present at this competition just like our youngest practitioners to shoot in a good mood while keeping a healthy competitive spirit.
