digital freedom exclusively publishes a new report that the former vice-president of the Technical Committee of Referees (CTA), Jose Maria Enriquez Negreiraprepared for him F.C. Barcelona. Negreira charged a total of €7.3 million of course advice to Barça between 2001 and 2018. These documents were seized during a house search of the former manager of the blaugrana club, Joseph Contreraspassed away last December.
The Negreira report published by LD is dedicated to the former second division referee, Fernando Lopez Sidewalk. It was prepared for the match that FC Barcelona B was going to play against CD Numancia on November 10, 2012, which ended in a 3-goal draw.
