[뉴스다컴] The 7th Gyeongsangnam-do Association long-term badminton competition was successfully held at the Badminton Stadium in Miryang for two days from the 4th to the 5th.
This competition is the first badminton competition to be held in Miryang in the new year of 2023. A total of 743 teams and 1,480 badminton club members from 18 cities and counties in Gyeongsangnam-do participated, and it was held at Miryang City Badminton Stadium, Miryang City Sports Center, Miryang Elementary School, and Miryang Middle School. On the first day, all mixed doubles matches were held, and on the second day, all men’s and women’s doubles matches were held, and various age groups competed fiercely.

Miryang City successfully held the 19th Miryang Arirang Marathon on February 26 despite a 4-year hiatus, and national sports events such as the Korea Middle and High School Badminton Federation President’s National Student Championship scheduled to be held from the 13th to the 22nd It is scheduled to be held throughout the year, and it is expected to greatly contribute to revitalizing the local economy as well as expanding the sports population through sports.
