Job Offer: Commercial – Incept

Our enterprise :

Since 1987, we have been distributing the famous Concept2 rowing machines in France. Incept, created and managed by Thierry Louvet, Olympic finalist in 1984, results from the merger of the activities of Concept2 France and Wattbike France.

We are a team with nearly 30 years of experience in the world of high-level sport, fitness and leisure in France. A dozen people, all experts and sports enthusiasts, make up the Incept team.

Your main tasks:

• Develop and drive a commercial strategy in agreement with management.
• Establish a commercial action plan based on the objectives that will be set.
• Telephone prospecting.
• Carry out regular field prospecting in the said sectors in order to feed the customer database.
• Monitor customers independently throughout the business relationship (satisfaction, loyalty, follow-up).
• Advise and listen to customers in the sales process.
• In collaboration with the marketing department, participate in the notoriety of the products (sporting events-exhibitions-entertainment…).
• Technical support in collaboration with the after-sales service.

Your profile :

Above all, we are looking for a profile with a real commercial temperament who will be able to integrate into a dynamic team.
You master sales techniques, both in BtoB and BtoC, which will allow you to understand and formalize the customer’s needs.
You have a communicative energy, you are rigorous, persevering, autonomous with good interpersonal skills and you have an appetite for the sports world, this position is made for you!

Your compensation package:

Salary: 2200-2300€ Fixed gross, Commission, Incentive and Participation, 13th month, Meal vouchers, company car…

The position is based in IDF (Colombes – 92) and is to be filled on a permanent contract. Travel is expected throughout France.
The position can be given to a man or a woman.
